Manuel Dominguez

Manuel has been a rig operator for 12 years. Before coming to Mustang, he ran a rig at 5 star for two years. He has been a part of our team for 10 years. When asked what makes Mustang Well Service a great place to work, he said, “They always give you the tools you need to get the job done safely. They let me do my job with no micromanaging.” When he’s not at work Manuel likes to spend his time at home with his family. He has been married to his wife of 33 years, Lorena, and he has three kids one son and two daughters. His son and one daughter are twins. He said that someone who is thinking of working in the oilfield needs to be willing to learn, be safe, be ready to communicate and be focused on your job.

When asked, the company man said “These guys communicate great. They are the best rig I have ever been around in my 30 years working around pulling units.”

Luis Rivera

Luis has been in the oilfield for 14 years. With 10 of those years being with Mustang Well Service. Prior to working with us he was at WLP for 4 years. Luis is a derrick hand and relief operator. Luis enjoys working at Mustang because we keep our rigs busy and we always have the tools needed to work safely. When he’s not at work Luis likes Team Roping. He has been Married for 27 years to his wife Norma. They have 3 daughters. When asked what advice he would give to someone who is thinking of working the Oilfield he said “Take care of yourself and the people you work with, Its dangerous work.”

Uriel Gonzales

Uriel has been with Mustang for 4 years as a derrick man. Before coming to Mustang, he worked for Garcia’s Well Service for 4 years. Uriel said that Mustang is a great place to work because we promote a safe work environment and we always make sure our people have the tool they need to get the job done. In his free time Uriel likes to take care of his racehorses and watch horse racing. He has been married for 6 years and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. He said that anyone who is new to oilfield should always be willing to take advice from their mentors and give your best effort every day.

Luis Gonzales

Luis has 14 years of oilfield experience with 10 of those being with Mustang as a floor hand. He said Mustang is great place to work because they treat the employees great. When he’s not working, he like spending time traveling, especially Ruidoso, and surfing social media. He has been married to his wife Elanor for 25 years. They have 3 sons. When asked what advice he would give someone new to the oilfield he said “Make sure you are always willing to learn and work hard.”

Pablo Nevrez

Pablo has been working on pulling units for 3 years. He went to work for us a month ago. When asked about what makes Mustang a great place to work, he said “They have a great safety program, they are great people and they made sure I had all my PPE. “When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 7 years Amayrany and his son. He said that the best advice he could to someone coming into the oilfield for the first time is to slow down ask questions and listen to your mentors.
